About the speaker
Dr. Schulteis is an Associate Professor of Science Education at Concordia University, Irvine. He is the Director of Undergraduate Teacher Education Programs and is a Specialist in Science Education.
Dr. Schulteis has taught students from Middle School through Graduate School. He was a 7th grade homeroom teacher for a K-8 school. He taught biology, honors biology, and chemistry at the high school as well as being a coach and taxidermy club advisor. He currently is teaching credentialing classes and MA research classes as well as supervising student teachers and MA thesis students. Outside of school, he enjoys fishing, travel, photography and gardening.
